JASMINE’S SONG
It was in night
I opened my eyes
I thought I was in a flight
When the stars smiling at me
It was very cold
By the mist in dark
I tightly hold
My mother plant

I saw the sun rising
The bright light flies around
I heard the cocks praising
For the heavenly sunlight
I laid in the green grass
Like a bed in the ground
Inside world like a crystal glass
I continued my life

WISH
Just before I go to bed
I will walk up to my window
There will be a shining star
Just like it was waiting for me
I will always make a wish
I will always make the same
It was all about a chance
I just want a single one
Then I will go to bed
With a sweet smile on my face
I will wake up the next day
With a happy heart and mind
I wish that it was that day
That I’ll get my chance for once
But in the end of the day
I will come back crying loud
I don’t know what went wrong
All I know is it turned out bad
Or is that just what I think it is
I will make my wish again
With a broken heart and mind
Then I’ll go to bed again
Hoping for a beautiful day
Hoping for a beautiful day
Hoping for a beautiful sun

IT DOES NOT GO BEYOND EIGHT

Rattled brains, piles of text books, deviations and equations mind asking why Newton and Einstein was ever born to make us suffer all the while. I don’t remember the date or time but all I know is that time is not on my side. In the middle of this busy race, the time has come for me to realize that something dear to me is going away.

Yes, life in Loyola is about to be over and 8years have passes away and here I am at the gate of Loyola ready to sign off from there. Today when I look back at the 8 years, I feel like they flow away like 8 days. This beautiful campus, the grounds, the classes, the busses and the trees, everything has a story to tell.

I still clearly remember the day I set foot on this campus. I come with a tiny crying face with different behavior and nature as I grew up and began the journey to greater achievements. I entered the hearts of my friends with my unique way. The bond of friendship among us has only blossomed over the years. Youth festivals and sports days were the days we looked forward for because each year saw a ‘KALATHILAKAM’ among us. The best athlete was also chosen. The Loyola basketball tournament is under on roof.

My article won’t be complete if I don’t mention about my teachers, rather than my friends. They have been the main strong hold all through my growth occupying the highest place in my mind. Their love, care, affection and the sternners when we went wrong put us in the right direction of growing as mature Loyolites.

Being swept by the wind, I’m swept to another institution. But to think a life away from Loyola without anymore morning assemblies, classes, second trips of football matches is unimaginable, but the inequitable has to be faced.

MY SCHOOL

I came to the school
When I was a child
I became very cool
Hearing the talks of teachers
It was a lovely place
That I liked very much
There I need to face
Many phrases of knowledge
There I studied well
As my teachers were good
It was not a hell
And was a paradise for me.

LOVE IN NATURE

The sun is rising
The cocks are praising
The sun for the light of love
Mist has arrived
And the hot mixed cold
The cattle came and hold
The plants of love
Streams are bumping
Waves are jumping
In the jungle of love
Snowdoth lies
The small birds flies
In the sky of nature
The jungle also falls
In a lovely wall
Built by nature

LIGHTING AND THUNDER

There was heavy rain
Outside my house
The others had strain
Seeing my plays in rain

It as heavy raining
All around the world
There was a lightning
From the black clouds

The lightning was brightened
The light flies around
Though I was frightened
Hearing the large thunder
